Steve’s leadership was shaped long before his career in real estate. A former United States Marine Corps officer, he later served as the golf professional at The Oaks Club, one of the Sarasota area’s most prestigious private clubs. These experiences instilled the discipline, integrity, and calm decision-making that have defined his approach to serving clients throughout his real estate career.
A Sarasota native, Shannon built a successful career in the competitive medical sales industry throughout Tampa and St. Petersburg. Ultimately, her connection to her hometown—and her desire to put her skills to work in the community she knows and loves—brought her back to Sarasota to join forces with her father. She brings a fresh perspective, strong communication skills, elevated marketing, and a deep respect for the reputation Steve has built.
